The craniosacral system is an independent physiological system that moves rhythmically and in waves, comparable to breathing or the heartbeat. It comprises the brain, the cerebrospinal fluid, the membrane system within the cranium and the spinal cord, all 22 cranial bones, the spinal column and the sacrum. The craniosacral system envelops and protects our nervous system.
Increased tension in a region of the body is transmitted from the periphery to the center via the fascial system, i.e. the connective tissue, and vice versa. This can restrict the mobility of joints, the circulation of body fluids, the hormone system, the free flow of energy and therefore the vital exchange of information in the body.
We assume that body, thoughts and feelings are inextricably interwoven and constantly influence each other.
Sometimes we succeed in touching our clients in a visionary way with gentle contact in exactly the right place and in exactly the right way. This enables them to recognize what is bothering them and what they need to regain their balance and their place in life. Presence, focus and intention, together with precise osteopathic techniques, are the basis of our work.
For this we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
"In a mindful and respectful way, we listen with our hearts and touch with our hands."
