Die vier CranioSacral Therapieeinheiten dauern in etwa jeweils eine Stunde. Eine Einheit davon wird eine Mehr-Hände-Behandlung sein.

Zwischen den Behandlungen hast du die Möglichkeit, deine Gedanken und Erlebnisse in deinen Worten und Bildern festzuhalten. Beim intuitiven Malen bist du eingeladen, ohne künstlerische Vorkenntnisse mit Farben zu experimentieren und die Vorstellung vom perfekten Bild loszulassen. Dabei darfst du nach Herzenslust einfach malen.

Je nach deinen Bedürfnissen hast du genug Raum für Rückzug, Austausch, Bewegung oder Stille.

CranioRetreat with intuitive painting

We meet on Friday at 9 am in the village house in Gießelsdorf.

Four to six participants get in the mood for the time together.

On Friday you can expect a multi-hand treatment. We therapists will accompany you together, there will be at least four hands at your disposal.

After the treatments we will meet again in the evening to let the day come to an end.

Friday

Am Samstag beginnen wir gemeinsam um 9 Uhr.

Am Vormittag und am Nachmittag triffst du dich mit einer Therapeutin zu einer CranioSacral Therapieeinheit.

Saturday

On Sunday there is a treatment for integration.

The CranioRetreat ends on Sunday at 2 pm.

Sunday

For lunch we will have a simple vegetarian meal together.

In case of intolerances or special preferences, please bring the food you do not want to do without. We are allowed to use a small kitchen in the village hall.

We recommend that you let Klaudia or Anna treat you once before a CranioRetreat. This way you get to know us and our hands and not everything is new at the CranioRetreat.

Costs and booking

500 Euro for three days including all services and materials (excl. accommodation)

For your registration to the CranioRetreat please send an email.

If you are registered and cannot come at short notice, a cancellation fee of 300€ will be charged. Exception: in case of illness with a doctor's certificate.

Accommodation

Please arrange your own accommodation. Accommodation options in the vicinity are: Triebl Winery, Sampt Holiday Apartment, Blütenstöckl, Grenzlandhof Pension, Resi Haas Guest House.

Arrival

Take the train to Fehring station. If necessary, we will be happy to pick you up from the station!
