Testimonial of a participant (CranioRetreat, July 2020)
These three days were a time-out from everyday life and work, a journey towards me, my inner self and my inner peace. My inner life often falls by the wayside next to the challenges of everyday life. In this beautiful landscape, I first arrived in the here and now and was able to pause. "How am I really doing right now?"

These three days were a time-out from everyday life and work, a journey towards me, my inner self and my inner peace. My inner life often falls by the wayside next to the challenges of everyday life. In this beautiful landscape, I first arrived in the here and now and was able to pause. "How am I really doing right now?" "What is upsetting me inside?" "What could help me relax?" "What do I want to orient myself to?"
I had the necessary time and peace to let these questions emerge and the opportunity to go in search of them. It was nice to be able to be completely with myself, to be alone, and also to be in the company of the other two. I liked the meditations at the beginning and at the end of the day, the cooking and eating together, the painting and writing in the diary we got.
With precious inputs, a backpack full of energy, power, strength, calmness, serenity, clarity and refueled I may return to everyday life, to "normal life". I am very grateful that I was allowed to walk this magical path to my inner self.
